    i m consumer no NK 77671,,distributor name -H.joshi brothers nashik ,the above agency is charging extra Rs.15 under delivery charge other than printed bill,delivery persons talk arrogantly when we ask about extra charge ,disributor says u have u to pay extra charge other than bill ,and also thretening us if we file complaint he wl harrase us and discontinue our connectin ,pls take strickt action .thank u

    hi,

    i booked a new gas connection around one month back at OMBR layout branch in Bangalore.. but still i didn’t get connection, after submit the new connection form 5 times i visited the store to get the gas. 1st they said i have come 5 PM o clock before, 2nd time i went at 4:30 pm.. and they said 4 o clock before, and 3rd time i visited on Saturday. they said, they wont give a gas on Saturday and 4th time i went 10-30 am they said no gas stock and 5th time i visited they told me to get a cash of 9100.. i went to atm and withdraw and came back.. and they said my application is expired and i have to apply again. my office time also falls in same time.. all the time i got a permission from office and went to store.. but no use. its totally worst process and nobody is behaving responsibly. simply they said sir you apply one more time you will get it in a week. irresponsible staff.

    MY CONSUMER NO. 58280390.
    Ref:- CM No. 136425, dt. 28.11.2015.
    I have received the above cylinder on 20.12.2015 which was issued on 28.11.2015.
    The Cash Memo shows a price of Rs. 556.50; but the delivery man forcibily demanded and have taken Rs. 670/=.
    This same instance is happening every time when I book the cylinder.

    i m a bharat gas customer. i had booked my cylinder 21/12/2015 but i have not received my cylinder yet. they also did not send my cylinder to my doorstep. please help me out my mob: 8130402065
